Remind  – We communicate with parents through Remind.  You will need to sign up for the 5^th grade Remind account.  Remind allows teachers to communicate with parents via text messaging and send you reminders of important events going on here at school.  This is a great tool that will get you information immediately without waiting for your child to bring a paper note home from school.

*If you have a smartphone, get push notifications. On your iPhone or Android phone, open your web browser and go to the following link: http://rmd.at/malakoff5   Follow the instructions to sign up for Remind. You’ll be prompted to download the mobile app.

*If you don’t have a smartphone, get text notifications. Text the message @malakoff5 to the number 81010. If you’re having trouble with 81010, try texting @malakoff5 to (832) 781-0942.

*If your phone number changes during the school year, please sign up for Remind again using your new number.  It is vital that we be able to communicate with you at all times.*
