MALAKOFF

I am starting my 12^th year with MISD and my 11^th year of teaching. I taught First Grade for 4 years before teaching Kindergarten for an additional 4 years. After my time in Kindergarten, I returned back to 1^st grade!

I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 23 years.  We have a beautiful and talented daughter who cheers at and attends Texas Tech University. I have a love for animals and currently have 4 dogs! We are very invovled with community activities including the athletics department. I am also the Varsity Cheer Coach for Malakoff High School.

My favorite place to be is at the beach! My husband and daughter are avid Scuba Divers and as a family, we try to spend as much time around water as possible! I also love the sport of cheerleading and I attend many competitions and cheer activities in my spare time.
